Jim Keyes
Jim has spent the last 30 years working in project management and contract supervision in the forestry, agriculture, and gas and oil industries.
From being the founding partner of a company that introduced innovative new practices to the forestry industry and has multi-million dollar annual revenue; to participating on the construction management team of a 1.4 billion dollar natural gas facility build; to being the Incident Command and Operation Chief for several Type 1 wildfires in BC—Jim’s experience and expertise level is vast.
During his time in the forestry industry, Jim played an instrumental role in implementing safety and environmental systems and standards that are now common practice in the BC forest industry. Jim also engineered and oversaw the transition and expansion of services at Marwest from utility distribution to transmission, integrity, and maintenance.
